Lechler Precision Spray Nozzles

Lechler USA
Lechler is a leading maker of precision spray nozzles and demisters for applications in the manufacturing industry, environmental engineering and agriculture.

Lechler has been at the cutting edge of spray technology in these and other areas for over a century. As a result, we can offer you the experience, skills and resources required to find cost-effective, high-quality solutions geared precisely to your requirements. We design, develop and manufacture products of outstanding reliability and performance. We provide our customers with the most cost effective solution to their most simple as well as complex spray applications.

Lechler's Product Line Includes:

  • Air Atomizing Nozzles

Lechler air atomizing nozzles utilize a collision of metered air and liquid to provide the finest atomization of liquid. Applications include: Dust control, spray drying, humidification, odor control, product coating, product cooling, and gas cooling. Air atomizing nozzles are especially suited to the atomization of viscous liquids. Spray patterns include flat spray, wide full cone, and narrow full cone.

  • Hollow Cone Nozzles

Lechler hollow cone nozzles produce an especially fine, atomized liquid flow, with spray patterns characterized by a ring-shaped impact area. These nozzles are ideal for gas cooling, aerating, dust control, and spray drying.

  • Full Cone Nozzles

Lechler full cone nozzles excel in applications that require extraordinarily uniform liquid distribution across a circular or square area. Applications include product coating, product cooling, and stationary washing or rinsing.

  • Flat Fan Spray Nozzles

Lechler flat fan nozzles produce a sharply defined, linear spray pattern. Uniform liquid distribution, high impact, and a wide selection of spray angles are characteristic features. Specific industrial applications are met through variations in nozzle design, accounting for liquid flow, spray velocity, spray pattern profile, and spray pattern coverage. Lechler offers two designs of flat fan nozzles: axial and deflector.

  • Solid Stream Nozzles

Solid stream nozzles produce compact solid stream jets of defined lengths. The almost turbulence-free liquid inflow results in excellent spray efficiency, even without jet stabilizer inserts. Solid stream nozzles provide the greatest impact per square inch of any other type of nozzle, all other factors being equal.

  • Air Nozzles

While typically any flat fan or solid stream nozzle can be used for spraying air as well as fluid, air nozzles are specifically designed to spray compressed air or saturated steam. An air nozzle can be used in any instance where compressed air is required for an application.

  • Tank Cleaning Nozzles

Lechler’s tank cleaning nozzles give you more thorough cleaning with smaller amounts of washing agents in a shorter time. The nozzle does the work while your maintenance people can stay outside, clear of any contact with harmful chemicals

  • Steel Industry Nozzles

Lechler offers more fluid application expertise and product selection for primary metals production than any other manufacturer. In all phases of production, in all corners of the world, Lechler can combine engineering, manufacturing and industry know-how to become your partner. The result will be improved product quality and lower costs throughout your operation.

  • Precision Nozzle Accessories

Sometimes a few strategic accessories can make your nozzle mounting and operation much easier. For Example, quick release connectors streamline maintenance, strainers protect against clogging, and ball joints which permit critical nozzle positioning.
